Comments: If I had let my initial experience on the phone guide my judgment I would not have gone into the office as it was a miserable experience holding for an hour and 15 minutes only to be disconnected twice. However when I actually got a hold of a live person my experience improved greatly. I got an appointment for the very next day. The receptionist was lovely, the X-ray tech was very professional and personable. The medical assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable and comfortable speaking with me and when I got to see the doctor, which was not a very long wait, he was thorough and gentle. To my surprise he did not recommend surgery which is what I fully expected from a surgeon. He also thought my decision to proceed with minimal invasion by seeing a physical therapist was an excellent route to approach my issue. If I ever have an orthopedic issue again I will definitely choose to see Dr. Youdarian again. The only reason I did not give five stars was because my initial contact was so miserable that it might deter people from proceeding and having the positive experience that I did.
