Rachel Jones, PA-C Board-certified Physician Assistant
Rachel Jones is a board-certified Physician Assistant who was born and raised in Orange County, CA. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Cognitive Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, along with a minor in Education Studies. She later completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Marshall B. Ketchum University.
Prior to joining SCOS Orthopedics, Rachel worked as a medical assistant in orthopedic surgery, where she gained extensive experience in reconstructive spine surgery as well as foot and ankle surgery. Her experiences in orthopedics inspired her to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant. Rachel now works closely with Dr. Youderian in the evaluation, treatment, and management of shoulder and elbow conditions, primarily caring for patients in the clinic setting while also assisting in surgery. She is NCCPA certified.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys Lagree pilates, baking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She especially enjoys creating new memories with her husband and daughter.
